Title I Parent Survey (less than 5 minutes)
Reading Marathon
In an effort to raise money to purchase new library books, we are having a reading marathon on Friday, March 16, 2018. Students who donate $5 or more, are eligible to participate. All participants will be allowed to read books for the entire day. Students who donate $5 will receive a raffle ticket to win a $100 Amazon gift card. Students will receive one additional raffle ticket for each dollar over $5 that is donated. In addition, students are encouraged to take AR quizzes on the day of the reading marathon. Students who successfully pass an AR Quiz with a score of 70% or higher, will earn raffle tickets to try to win smaller prizes.
If you would like to donate a prize for the reading marathon (bags of candy, $5 - $10 gift cards for restaurants or stores), please contact Ms. Sally Bryan (sbryan@flatrockschools.org).

Students will have their pictures taken on 8/23 and 8/24 during registration. You do not need to print the attached file. Pictures can be ordered online.
After June 23rd, enrollment paperwork must be turned in to Jackie Kortes upstairs at the administration building.
