Standards-Based Report Cards

The standards-based report card uses three indicators.  They are beginning, progressing and proficient.  They are defined as follows:

Beginning:  (1) Student skills need to be developed further for independent success.

Progressing:  (2) Student performs a standard independently or with assistance with limited confidence or success.  Student is working toward proficiency.

Proficient:  (3) Student performs a standard independently, purposefully, with confidence consistently.
